We want you to feel completely confident in smartlifecbd.com and our quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return any remaining portion to our warehouse for a full refund, (less any shipping costs), within 14 days of purchase.
In order to refund your purchase you must have a Return Authorization (RA) Number, prior to shipping it back. To begin the refund process, please email us at email@example.com include your name, email and order number. Please allow 24 hours for a response and shipping instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is advised to ship with tracking for peace of mind during the shipment back.
Damage During Shipping:
If you feel that your shipment was damaged during shipping, please take pictures of the package and any damage prior to opening the box. You must reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receiving your package to file a dispute. Once we have evaluated your claim we will contact you to issue a replacement. Please understand that we will need the damaged product back so we can issue a dispute with the shipping company ourselves.
Upon successful receipt of your return, we will begin processing your refund. Please note it can take up to 7 business days for us to refund your product. After that it can take up to 30 business days for the refund to show on your credit card or banking statements.
